Breathing

                                                                  


"The process of breathing is much more than an essential function of our physical bodies.  Indeed it is the flowing of Spirit to you and through you.  That is the reason that when the focusing of Spirit through your physical body ceases, your breathing ceases, also.  When you are in the state of complete alignment and no resistance is present within you, the absence of any negative emotion is your indication of your complete alignment with Source (God)."  "Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body.  This is because when you breathe deeply it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax.  The brain then sends this message to your body.  Those things that happen when you are stressed, such as increased heart rate, fast breathing, and high blood pressure, all decrease as you breathe as you breathe deeply to relax".

Deep breathing is also a way to communicate with your higher self... as you breathe in and out... that gap between breathing in and out is the the place to listen to your higher self, to listen to God.

We Must Tell a Different Story...

In order to get different circumstances in life we, must tell a different story.  Have you noticed when you speak of something negative regardless of how true it is, it seems to blow up, grow, expand and hang around.  On the other hand,  when we tell a story that's positive we can feel the energy from it and it blows up, it grows,  expands and it also hangs around.

In American history there's plenty negative stories and the stories should be told as well as remembered, but we don't want to revisit negative history, so we must figure out how to be creative to tell a different story than we've been telling.  We must tell the story the way we want it to be and not dwell on how it was or how it is... but how do we want it to be.
Tell a different story in order to get different results.

What Do I Expect From Life?

I intend to see, I expect to see, I want to see all that I want to see…

No matter where I’m going, no matter what I’m doing, no matter who I’m talking to, I intend to see all I want to see.

You Are Worthy...
Hello all, just to  a little note to remind us that since we're created in the image of our Universal God that automatically makes us worthy of all good. It seems we hear from various sources that we are sinners, we are less than, we are not worthy to live a good life when in reality we are. We can achieve what we want, we can do what we want and we can also have what we want, because we are divinity in the flesh. We are worthy, we are worthy, we are worthy!!!!

Let's Have Fun, And Struggle No More

It's time to have fun with your life's work... struggle is a stage of development, been there done that.  I expect to enjoy my self and have fun while my dreams, desires are unfolded right in front of  my eyes.  And, how are we going to manifest all we desire?  By telling a different story, by seeing all we desire as we want things to be not as they are.  You see, by telling a different story, by speaking things into existence is where we are currently standing.  Let's speak well of each other and encourage each other.  Let's focus on the positive aspects of the various situations we live everyday.

Every moment is a choice... I choose Joy, I choose happiness, I choose wellness, I choose prosperity, I choose Fun!

MY KIDZ...

Just let me tell you about MY KIDZ,   Some of  MY KIDZ are individuals that's 20, 30, 40+ years old.  MY KIDZ are equipped with whatever it takes to get their goals achieved.  I want each of you to know you can have anything, do anything and be whatever you choose.  

MY KIDZ are on FIRE, fire to express themselves, fire to not accept the current conditions as final.  I am so looking forward to watching each and every one find their destiny or purpose.  MY KIDZ can and is achieving much and I want each and every one to know I do expect success in all you do, just as I expect myself to be successful at all I do.   MY KIDZ are the leaders for now, leaders for the future and leaders for all time.  MY KIDZ,  MY BABIES, are known from this point on as... THE BATON CARRIERS!

Human Growth is...

The time has come for each of us to realize that progress is a part of human growth. Progress exists because it's part of the divine plan. There's nothing anyone can do to stop progress, to stop growth so, to all who's concerned let's create an environment of health, wealth and happiness, I deserve it, how about you?

Tell a Different Story to get Different Results

Since some of us are beginning to realize that we create our own situations and circumstances, we are the masters of our fate and we are the captain of our soul.  What that means is our thoughts, our words and our actions put us in our current situations.  You are where you are by what's been placed in your mind.  Change your thoughts and change your world.

A new understanding of the laws of the Universe and a willingness to begin telling a different story will give you different results, and those different results will then give you different beliefs or knowledge,
Please stop looking for answers outside of yourself...all answers are within you!

Invictus

Out of the night that covers me

Black as the Pit from pole to pole, 

I thank whatever gods maybe 

For my unconquerable soul

During my school  years at Booker T. Washington, in Wichita Falls, TX we were charged with learning this poem and through the years I've recited it many times and will probably continue. The author Henley was in prison when he wrote it and Nelson Mandela used this same poem to inspire himself while he was in prison for 20 plus years.   The movie industry created a movie bearing the same name regarding the life of Nelson Mandela.  The essence of the poem is regardless of what your situation, regardless of your conditions, you can always rise above.   

In reality... IAM the MASTER OF MY FATE... IAM THE CAPTAIN OF MY SOUL!!
