Breathing


                                                                  


"The process of breathing is much more than an essential function of our physical bodies.  Indeed it is the flowing of Spirit to you and through you.  That is the reason that when the focusing of Spirit through your physical body ceases, your breathing ceases, also.  When you are in the state of complete alignment and no resistance is present within you, the absence of any negative emotion is your indication of your complete alignment with Source (God)."  "Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body.  This is because when you breathe deeply it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax.  The brain then sends this message to your body.  Those things that happen when you are stressed, such as increased heart rate, fast breathing, and high blood pressure, all decrease as you breathe as you breathe deeply to relax".

Deep breathing is also a way to communicate with your higher self... as you breathe in and out... that gap between breathing in and out is the the place to listen to your higher self, to listen to God.
